We offer whole, half or quarters of beef, cut to oder. We charge by "hot hanging weight," which is the wet of the animal when it is processed. This weight also includes the heart, liver and bone. If you've never purchased beef in this quanity, we gladly walk you though each of the cuts, allowing you to choose which you want. The price per pound covers processing and your only responsiblity is to pick up at our farm. Delivery could be possible for an additional fee.
